Hey all! Here´s a pic after I had the KW´s assembled on the car last Friday.

I also had plans to chrome the grilles but settled for the air intakes after test assembly since it looked a little tacky with chrome ribs all over the front.

Snyggt, jädrigt snyggt. Perfekt balans, inte för mycket, inte för lite.

Considering the 45mm lowering in the rear + some 60mm in the front I of course expected it to be bumpier than before. It does get a little tireing when driving on really bad roads for a while but as soon as I get on a piece of decent road for a minute or two, the drive is just awesome and more than makes up for the lost comfort on crappy raods. It´s holding really well in the bends and I can go way faster than before and still feel I have more control than earlier. And as a bonus you also get the visual effect from the lowering ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
My kit is only height adjustable so I don´t know what difference it would make to get the kit with both adjustable height and shocks. Anyway I´m really satisfied with both the appearance and the ride so I´d recommend this to everyone.

Need to replace the sealing where the driveshaft goes in the tranny so I printed out the instructions from your awesome website.
Also need to replace both outer CV boots in the front. Is there anything special I should consider in that operation to make the work easier?

Thanks! I´m happy with the final result. Thought I´d follow your footsteps and get the S8 grille too. Did you get it from VAG or the S8 graveyard? How much was it?
