FordTennis Timing Belt Change

So after purchasing new components, I discovered that the timing belt had been changed. HOWEVER, someone obviously took a major financial shortcut and ONLY had the timing belt and water pump changed. The previous owner did not want to shell out the extra bucks for new idler pulleys and such. In any case, 10 hours later, his timing belt, idler pulleys, tensioner pulley, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, and crankcase ventilation valve were all replaced. The car starts and purrs like a kitten at idle. Next up, we will probably end up trying to get his variable intake valves unstuck, change his transmission fluid and filter, and fuel filter. I have a feeling it's probably original but I didn't have enough time to check. Anyway, here are a few pictures from his 40v timing belt install. As you can see, I invested in the proper tools to perform the job on my own car, and followed the Bentley to a "T". Oh yea, removing the front end to do this was invaluable to gain full access to everything. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to attempt this task themselves, follow this advice: REMOVE THE FRONT END.
One more thing, I found that before I removed the old belt, the passenger side camshaft was out of time with the crank and driver side camshaft by at least half a tooth.....
The final picture illustrates very clearly on how the Bentley wants you to insert a 5mm allen key in order to pretension the belt.
