Default Front brake rattle..

It is a beautiful day here in NE Ohio (very rare) so I opened all my windows an sunroof.
I hear this rattle from my right side I step on the brake slightly and it goes away.
My retaining springs are new and I recently(about 2K ago) took my calipers off and cleaned, sanded and greased.
Any ideas?

Close the window ;-) I'd check all bolts for snugness.

Default Do wheel bearings rattle?

I drove it in a somewhat enclosed parking lot and there's a perpetual grind. I put my foot on the brake and it stops.
Brake pads are about 3/8ths of an inch thick.

Default No they do not. Is it a grind or a rattle? Do you have more dust on the offending side?

You said "...greased..." but could be ur carrier pins are cruddy and the pads are binding a bit. Take that side apart and make sure all hings are properly clean and assembled.

Check your pads. They rattle when they get to a certain point. Replacing them should work

Default Assuming pads are ok, check torque on the upper caliper carrier bolt.

If you lose the top one, then the caliper will grind against the disk when you brake, and it will rattle when you don't brake.

Don't ask what happens if you lose the bottom one.:0
