Default Seems like these stories are always about pre-facelift A8s . . .

It hasn't happened to me yet; are the '00-'03s less prone to this problem?

Default Me thinks the bumper is ok. Need new fasteners & washer nozzle

Is the dealer the only source for the fasteners or will a hardware store / bodyshop supply house have some?

Default Re: Ouch.

Any way to connect a pair of parktronic sensors to be mounted low down on the bumper cover to warn you when you're 'close'?

Default Depends what they are.

They tend to be pretty oddball, if they contact the frame/unibody, due to the need for any steel fasteners to be coated to avoid galvanic corrosion, if in contact with aluminum.

Check ECS Tuning and some of the suppliers in the Audipages links. Also, it helps if you have real part numbers from ETKA. You do have a bootleg copy of ETKA running, right?

The washer is around $160 from the dealer, I found it on ebay for $26.
