dealer. I am in Harrisburg, PA area and Vision is 48 miles away in Leesport.
Do they offer loaners? Have you ever had an issue with the Maintenance Department or the service manager?
I am also considering Lancaster Audi(now Autohaus). Have you been there? I bought mine from Autohaus when it was in Harrisburg, but then they sold it and I started noticing issues. I have found a private mechanic shop that is good and I am only considering a dealer for an S8/warrantee I intend to purchase. Your input would be appreciated.
At the Harrisburg Audi(Victory), I had to wait over two weeks(during holiday's) for a tranny answer and then not getting one just blew me away. They could not provide a date when they could so I pulled the auto. Then a month later I contacted them to see if they got an answer and they said the answer was no. However, they said they would review it and two weeks later I got a voice mail from the service manager stating they could not find a ATF pump and they were going to contact an american made auto local dealer to see if they had the part? That whole experience just turned me off from Victory Audi in Harrisburg. They are not recomended from me.

This was my first experience with Vision Audi. I have a mechanic that does most of my work. The price was reasonable, they gave me the diagnosis within 24 hours of receiving my car, my car was finished two days later, they gave me back the broken parts, They washed the car, and they had a valet service bring the car to me at the showroom door.
I don't know if they give loaner vehicles. I didn't need one and didn't ask. This was a surprisingly positive experience. I had dreaded the worst, but in the end, I was extremely happy with the service.
Vision Porsche Audi is located on Route 183 just north of Reading Pennsylvania. They have a new complex there. The service manager's name is Jim. He was very informative and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
