Default Fuel Tank Damage from gravel on the road.

I was driving on a gravel road at around 100KmPh and all of a sudden my A8 Shut off and wouldnt start.I looked around and there were drops of fuel leaking from the tank area.
I called the Service center and the car was taken to the service,Im yet to know what exactly is wrong with it(all they said was that thy have to check the fuel tank and look for blocks.
Anyone have any advice for me,and any idea howmuch this will cost?
This is a 1995 4.2 liter Quattro

Please please let me know what u guys think it could be.

Default Sounds expensive

Could be the fuel tank, fuel filter or lines.
