Since I've owned my car in 2000, I've had most of my service done at this local shop in Columbus, Ohio. After moving back from Chicago last December, I returned to this same place and let Dave, the owner of the shop, know that the reason he hadn't seen me or my car for years was because I had moved away, not because didn't like his work or rates.
So this morning he typed in my new address into his computer and then noted that there was a house on my street that had been for sale until recently. I told him I moved into that very house about 3 months ago. Then he said: "Well, you know that odd looking house you can see from your backyard? That's where I live. I guess we're neighbors!"
