The Future of Audi
Hey Audi Fans,
My name is Casey Hogue and I am a student at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. I am working on a sponsored project for Audi (specifically, the design of the B-Class [A4 Sedan]) and would love it if I could get some input from some devoted Audi enthusiasts. I have a few questions that if answered would be put directly to use in my work. Answer one question, answer them all-- anything you have to say would be great.
1) Why Audi? Why have you purchased cars from Audi in the past, and what about them will sway your decisions in the future?
2) Why not BMW/Mercedes Benz?
3) Could you elaborate on your buying experience? Where you convinced at a dealership, or did you decided before you bought? Was it the advertising, the Image, or maybe the history of Audi that influenced your choices?
4) What would you like to see in the future of the B-Class (Interior/exterior design)?

The future of Audi is questionable with the service they presently provide
The car is great, engineered and manufactured like no other....but lately I have been extremely disappointed with their support and service.
They can't even figure out how or if hot air is suppose to come out of the rear floor vents on a $85K car!!!! It does on my D2 A8.
I will continue to love Audi's and hate their support unless something is done to change the image.
As a I read recently....perception of poor quality (when it actually does not exist) takes 3 times as long to overcome than perception of high quality when it's really not there (and all you have to do is increase quality).
I don't know if Audi has real quality these days, but they sure have a perception of poor quality!
Does that make any sense?
Does leaving at 5 A.M. make any sense and still being only half way to Washington State due to weather??? I'll be there by 11:30 P.M. Chicago time...
