Any one have any idea if the lines that run from the gearbox to the front radiator (gearbox oil inside)to cool it, are they high pressure lines,how much pressure could there be?my hoses need fixing and i am wondering if i could just use some kind of hose clamp when i join them back together.

The pressure is not too high for hose clamps, but I suggest double clamping and using a spring clamp rather than a worm type. Spring clamps keep pressure on the hose even when it has shrunk, worm clamps need to be re-tightened.
