Getting 2-3 OBD2 codes every few days...

Getting 2-3 OBD2 codes every few days...
My check engine light comes on, lasts for a night or so, then turns off after longer higher-speed drives.
The codes that I get when it's triggered are:
P0157
O2 Sensor Circ.,Bank2-Sensor2 Low Voltage
P1197
O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank2-Sensor1 Electrical Malfunction
P0321
Ign./Distributor Eng.Speed Inp.Circ Range/Performance
Tips on what to replace [other than O2 sensor, obviously] are appreciated
