Give it the boot
I seem to be having this recurring problem with my right side axle boot. It keeps getting ripped... ive changed the darn things three times now and the same thing happens after a few days...
The left seems fine.. just the right
ideas?

I would say too much tension on the boot when it is clamped in place
Maybe the two ends need to be closer to each other before they are clamped down. But now that I look at the picture, it appears there is only one place to clamp each end.
You sure you have the correct boot kit? Maybe you have one that is smaller (less length) that is required.

Brainstorming....
(a) the axle boot is repeatedly installed incorrectly so it is stretched out, as paul suggests.
(b) you frequently drive over some kind of debris on the right side
(c) for some reason, the right side is travelling through a greater range of motion than it should. This would be a big problem, and should be evident from a visual inspection.
(d) the splines on the axle or inside the cv joint are so badly worn that the boot stretches. It's hard to imagine you wouldn't notice it.
(e) there's a clip that holds the CV joint on the axle, and the joint is supposed to snap over it during installation. If the clip was reused, or the joint wasn't firmly snapped over it, then the axle/joint will be a little too long, or maybe it will move in and out, thus stretching the boot. I don't think this is really possible, but maybe?
