Default Got the car back..

Well they refused to fix my transmission. They said that the lack of tranny fluid from Bellavia Audi to S&N Audi was due to my leaking Center torsen Differential seal. I argued with them and he said that he will prove it.... S&N audi's service manager assured me that i would be low on gear oil not tranny fluid and that they have no idea what they are saying.. I am just going to have it fixed at s&n audi and take them to court. Also AOA was completley useless to me, they were on my side until i had no other options.. i got were very sorry with your experience. I asked them what their purpose was.

Default Sorry to hear about that. As I recall you have had this issue since

August 2003? What about the Pheonix tranny?

Default Thats my route.. a friend of mine knows the owner of RPM in westwood NJ

Hes a great independent audi mechanic and does a lot of race stuff for audi/vw.

He said he would take care of the tranny install if i had them ship it to his shop.

He said give him 3-4 days.

On the lighter side, paul, i got all of the adaptor and parts from vwparts.com, as well as the plastic backing for the dash kit. Im all ready to rip it all apart!

Default Hmmm! they replaced the tranny fluid and while they were under your car they didn't notice what must

have been one hell of a leak. Never heard of a dealer who missed an opportunity to cross sell another repair job. Wonder what they'll tell the judge about why they failed to notice the leaking differential seal - is it an internal part?

Default Might be a good idea to keep the old transmission for evidence?

Perhaps your expert could inspect it and be able to testify as to what caused its damage?
