Group buy is confirmed for the Osram Xenarc 5300K bulbs. These bulbs will fit all cars that have Xenons with a D2S bulb (all Audi models but the new A4). Audi OEM Xenons are 4300K, see the pics below for a comparison.

220$ per pair is very expensive!

Korean made bulbs cost 90$ per pair (5400K) or 100$ (6000K).
Its work very good with all ballasts (Hella, Osram, Philips).

Same effect as shown on the pictures, if compare 5400K and 6000K.

Moreover, I used 7000K - 5400K looks like yellow candle.

I never had much luck in the incandescent days with higher wattage bulbs as they seemed to overheat and damage the connectors, etc.

Same with xenons? Does a 7000 run cool enough to be OK and last a while?

The xenons in our 540 are quite a bit brighter than our A8 - both are stock
