Had a nasty spin out today on the road

So I'm driving at about 45mph through Binghamton on I-80 South back to NYC ready to take my shortcut through PA when I spin out from a patch of black ice. Fortunately there was a huge patch of land in the middle instead of a divider.
So I pull the emergency brake in time to conclude just one spin and step out after checking with my fiance to also check on the other wife. The front bumper was laying about 15 feet away and the belly pan was just hanging there. I make sure axles and wheels are okay. Pop the bumper back on and I'm good to go.
Now I need 3 sets of lower grills, I should've checked the ground more carefully when driving away...
And two washer nozzles for the bumper. I lost one due to theft and the other was cut off clean from the bumper flying off. Could be worse so I am glad that my nozzles and grills are all that is needed. I hope everyone has a safe trip on the road if they're going out for new years.
Also, does anybody know if I need to bolt in the bumper? Its feeling solid with no movement but I'm scared if it would just fall off. I just slid it back on and pushed down which sounded like it clamped onto something. I hope it stays.

I saw the two bolts going up on the front of the frame. The bumper feels solid but I know I can just pull it right off with a little lift and pull. Thanks.

The plastic retainers (item 10 in the Always Overcharged's diagram) are what most likely got sheared off. You will have to remove the two bolts that hold the aluminum support beam to the car and then insert all the plastic retainers. I don't remember exactly how many it takes but it seems like it required somewhere around 15 to 20 of these plastic retainers to attach the plastic bumper to the aluminum support beam.

Glad to hear you're all safe.
