Hi guys,

I am getting a headlight range message on the cluster since I did an engine rebuild. The message is now getting on my nerves. As good as I (think) am good at mechanical problem solving, as bad I am on electric issues.

I have checked the connectors, and the arm of the sensors, all seem fine. Could it be the sensor itself? The weird thing is that the error points to both headlights as shown in the picture below. Is it worthwhile to replace te sensor?

How are the headlight adjusting motors wired? Do they have their own connectors? The headlights and headlight washers work fine

Got it fixed. Forgot to clear the codes after the engine rebuild
