Hello,
Turns out I need a new A/C Condenser for my 97 A8 (4.2). The shop said $900 for the part, they have to get it from the dealership, blah blah. I can find them online for less, but want to make sure I get the right one. Are there lots of different ones? Do these look like the right thing, any experience?

Did you get in a front end accident? Or is it just low on freon? Never heard of a condenser being replaced except for an accident.

Mine is still working really well after 11 years without any service I can remember.

Yeah, I was in a small front end accident. The sensor right in front of it came loose and put hole in the condenser. So does anyone know for sure if it's the same part for all 97-03 A8's? Thanks.
