I am trying to find a name or a phone number for the head of customer relations at Audi of America. I just bought a lovely 2001 A4 from my local dealer and unfortunately it has a defect in the paint that they are unwilling to repair. I've tried the Customer Relations number and have a case number, but they too were unable to help me. At this point I'd like to express my concerns to someone at the executive level, but I am getting the run around from the switchboard. Any suggestions?

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this problem. Thanks for you help.

call the ealer and ask to see the ots[rep].if the service manager won't do it,go to the next closest dealer to that one and set up a appointment with them o see the ots there,he'll be the same guy.---dpd
