I have a digital camera and figured out how to use it. I took pictures of my 2004 A8L and up loaded them to Audiworld but I cannot figure out how to post 1 or multiple pictures onto the forum. I have the instructions from PaulW as well as others and I just cannot figure it out. It seems too cryptic. Help!! Technonerd Jeff

OK, it's a bit cryptic at first. You'll get the hang of it soon enough.
To post a picture, you'll need the location of the photo that has been posted. The location for your photos will be:
http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/59566/name.jpg
where name is the actual name of the file. On some browsers if you pass the cursor over the picture, it will show the path and name.
Then to post, the line will be:
<img src=
'name'>
Replace ' with ", and name with the location of your photo. This ends up being a long line and will wrap around in the message.
BTW, your photos look great.

include the quotes, and where link is the URL you see when you click on a picture in the pictureposter. You can use this as many times or where ever you wish in the body of the message. You can also link to pics essentially anywhere on the Internet.
For one pic only, insert the pic's URL in the "Optional Image URL" field.

Ok;
Type:
Ximg src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/59566/car_pictures_october_2003_001.jpg"Y
Replace the X with <
and the Y with >
Repeat for each photo.

Jeff, it might be easier just to drive your car around the country so we can take the pictures for you! I STILL cant do it. I have my "photographer" who works in the computer arena do it! Some day!

Thanks Plano. Sometimes you get a block and can't get something. Must be because I'm a block head LOL!! Thanks again. I'm still trying. Jeff

Greenie, You are the man!!! I thought I was the only one in the whole forum who couldn't post a picture. At least I love the car!! It was worth the wait. I had a friend stop me at the bank today and asked a hundred questions. Audi certainly has everyone noticing this car. Thanks for all your words of encouragement and humor. Jeff
