Helped a guy this am with a 95 A8 who said it wouls start fine cold
but if warm was missing and rough [only at start up].
I plugged in and there were no codes-car started fine
After getting to temp I performed basic setting but the car still started rough.
Checked all the 000 group and all ok.
performed output tests and found there was no clicking for the evap valve.
Checked electrical's for it and all good.
So we unplugged the valve and the car started fine.
Seems the valve itself needs replaced.
