Default The drivetrain powers down so differently than the 4.2 A6s and even the S6s I drove...
I dunno if it is transmission mapping, but I feel pretty foolish at underestimating 4.2 performance ability in the past. This car and the S4 have cured me of a bad case of Audi polygamy syndrome. Both are keepers in every sense of the word.
