I bet the connections melt - any thoughts!

Default sawyer, its interesting that we are told(at least I was) that

the heated seats should not be turned up above the #3 position. Is this because the "energiemanager" cant take it(the heating system takes wads of juice) or is it because, like the steering wheel, there is a high concentration of heat in a small area(with no escape) that, as you say, can work its way back to the connectors!? frm reading the steering wheel posts, you guys may have a legitimate gripe to take to Audi en masse.

Default Any other settings/values on the car you were told not to exceed?

I guess they don't want you to break the heated seats before the warranty expires. That sounds pretty bad. "Don't use it because you'll brake it" is what it sounds like to me.

Among other things, it suggests looking at the FUSE for the steering wheel first 8)
