Hood Will Not Open!

It is an adjustment of the main latch. I think the repair shop did it on my car.

Default Here's a picture
The adjustment of the cable length is controlled on the passenger side by an adjustement screw on the cable, and it has a lock down screw, maybe the cable need to be effectively shortened, just tighten it a few turns.
