Default Hot air coming in the driver's side

i am having a problem while the AC is off and the heater is off too . but when i am cruisng hot air is coming from the engine to the driver's side . and if i turn on the AC the cool air is not coming for the driver . if somone have any information i will be thankfull
P.s. i have benn told its from the valve i am changing it to see if its that the problem

check for codes, possibility that the mixing valve for drivers side shorted to ground, chek resistance in both as comparasion.they are actually solenoids and the bad news is it comes as a unit with rest pump .its 11 0r 12 hundred $$$ NEW!!!

Default I think the HVAC can be reset by a button sequence....

If not by a button push, then for sure with VagCom. Stepper motors can lose their position on occasion and a reset does a recalibration.

DOn't buy anything until you try that.

i have reseted several times but the thing is is not giving me any codes while checking the heating system . anyway i am changing now the valves i will let you know what will happen with me

I HAVE CHANGE THE VALVES BUT NOTHING CHANGES STILL GIVING ME THE SAME PROBLEM
i went to a specialist and he advised me to change the filter that comes in the AC pipes and the problem was resolved thanks to him
