I'd keep the OEM the same. From what I'm reading I need to hook up an antenna too.

Basically, if you are not too picky, an FM modulated setup is quick and easy although you will not be able to utilize the great sound quality satellite produces but you will have a great selection of stations.
If you go Paul's route on Audipages, but replace the ipod in his procedure with the output of the XM you won't need an fm modulator, you will have a direct input to the oem radio with no loss of sound quality. It's a bit more complicated, but far from being hard. If you are not comfortable, print out the procedure and approach local shops about doing the work, although with help from this forum it should be a breeze to diy.
