How do I replace the rear driver's side light bulb?

How do I replace the rear driver's side light bulb?
Of the three bulbs in the back, the two that pop out in the little housing are fine. The one that seems embedded and wholly inaccessible is out. How do I get to this to replace the bulb? Any ideas? Thanks!

Both of mine are out. The dealer told me it's not a bulb, it's an entire module you have to buy.
Cost was something ridiculous - $200+ Cdn. ea. Another example of over-engineering - similar to the interior underseat lights. I'm just living without the rear side marker lights.
