So between 300-450 a year seems to be the consensus? I just bought an '01 off of ebay and was curious about this as well. It is scheduled to be delivered in ten days.

I am pretty excited. I had it down to this and an E55, and wound up going with the Audi mostly because of its rarity (along with the fact that I think it is more refined).
