How would I take apart the front door panels and fix the exterior lower trim?

How would I take apart the front door panels and fix the exterior lower trim?
I need to replace the Bose woofers as they rattle and sound like they are about to blow; and I want to fix that tacky lower trim that keeps popping out.

Seems like everyone's lower trim gets caught and torn off
the screws which release the trim are not inside the door. Just open the door and look at the very bottom of the inside face, and you'll see the cosmetic screw covers. Just pop them out and access the philips head screws underneath.
