plus a photocopied sheet called "assembly instructions," all tossed into a regular mailing envelope. The photos in the ad are obviously Photoshopped. They make it look like an actual molded hard plastic grille surround. Including the cost of the "kit," plus the huge excess shipping charge, the guy must be making at least 600% on each order. (He charged me about $8.00 shipping, and it cost him $.75 to mail the thing.)

I sent him an email telling him where he could stick the thing. It was a Saturday night about 9:30 (normally my Saturday nights are full of all kinds of wild and crazy fun - this just happened to be one of those extremely rare ones when I was sitting alone in my room in front of my computer) - he called me about 20 minutes after I sent the email, desperately wanting to avoid negative feedback. He immediately refunded my $ and didn't even ask me to send the POS back.

What I just don't get is all the positive feedback he gets. He's sold thousands of these things, and all these guys are happy with them. Have they never been to an auto parts store?

The guy on ebay is charging a lot for what doesn't seem so great so I wanted some feedback because I didn't see any positive feedback in regards to audis. Once I read 3m tape for something that was 30 bucks, I knew something had to be wrong. Thanks again guys.
