It was very difficult. Reprogramming the ECU and TCU and....
Actually I just put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the tank and two days later no more misfire.

I've been wondering your check engine light...
You said the car doesn't like being in Park and going 53mph.
Why not just set it as neutral instead? It'll still start and run just the same, right?
