If I'm doing all 8 control arms how much extra work to put in H&Rs?...

As long as I'm tearing the suspension apart it seems like it would not be any extra work...

Anyone done all that at the same time?

Default Fronts are a piece of cake. The rears on the other hand.........
are a real %&^$@#*. Just be sure to have a REALLY good set of spring compressors.

I didn't do the work, but labor cost was less doing it all at the same time.

Default It cost me $3000 total
1000 for the HRs
600 for the control arms
200 for the S8 sway bar and some bushings
1100 for the labor

Default I may just replace shocks. I got italian (OCAP) control arms for under $500.00
Hopefully they are good. The alternative was Meyle which I have been steered away from (no pun intended - it just happened :-).

I had all the control arms replaced and switched out the suspension to Bilstein/eibach for ~$2700
