I get heat out, mostly from the floor. It just seems that in mid teens F, a car of this caliber should make sure its occupants are comfortable. This reminds me of the effect of low coolant.

I am getting great information and will have to go back to the dealer.

Great question. I bought the car with 30k, and immediately had the Audi dealer in Minneapolis fix an oil leak. As part of the job, they drained the coolant and refilled. As risky as it is, I assume that the dealer would use the right stuff.

I don't understand why the automatic climate control would not go to "10" as soon as the engine temp is normal.
