I've found Philips tec.doc about xenon bulbs.
New info for me - after 1500 working hours bulb has only 75% of luminous flux.
Moreover, bulb changes the color - becomes more white. It no good for lighing.
We need regular bulbs replacement.
Only question - how calculate working hours of bulbs? What typical rate per year?
