Insurance issues
So I'm at a cross road with insurance on my A8. Has anybody had experience with "totaling" out an A8? Since there is a quite a difference between book and street values on these machines, the question is: What do insurance companies consider the value of these machines? KBB considers the value at $13,300. I purchased it for $4500.

Hey. No accident (knocks on wood) thankfully. I'm just insurance shopping. I've been out of the country a lot this fall - Yukon, Chile, and Ghana. I'm tired of airplanes...

What's the issue? If you bought at $4.5K, you should be "chasing" other cars...
on the road for the opportunity to have it totalled and appraised at KBB prices :-)
Preferably park close to construction zones, loading/unloading bays, snow plowers, other city equipement, etc.
