Default Insurance transmission problem!!!

I have 98 A8, and my extended warranty transmission shop is driving me crazy. The transmission shifts perfectly but it leaks all the time and they can not fix it. It is going to be pulled for the 5th
time in the past 4 months. I don't know what kind of seals they are using. I went under my car and it looks like a silicone type of seal from a tube. What can I do about it?

Default The top leak looks very minor. A small amount of fluid comes out when you install the TC.

The two bottom plug is for the gear oil in the front dif. When they disassemble the tranny they have to push them in and take them out on the side. If they try to pry them out they get damaged and won't seal anymore.

Default That seal is gear oil too.

The ZF rebuild kit has two paper gaskets for the center dif.
