Default That is sweet! Did you have to drop the transmission do that, or ...

can you pull out the valve body leaving the transmission in?

How long does that sealant take to dry?

We just put it together and one hour later I test drove it.

Default What prep work was needed?

I assume a good cleaning of the valve body.. any sanding? How much did you use? This could be the most worthwile post on the forum since unclogging the drain path

Sanding wit a very fine sanding block with oil, just to make sure,that the surface is straight, then cleaning with alcohol and applying the sealant.
