Have you bled or flushed your brakes lately?
Bleeding brakes almost always improves pedal feel, if for no other reason than a bubble or two of air is usually removed. Since an air bubble is more compliant than even the flexible A8/S8 firewall, the air bubble is the weakest link. If you bleed your brakes before installing The Block, you'll see how much improvement you get from each.
