jerking while turning

jerking while turning
Every time i turn the car all the way to the left the car suddnely jerks ... it feels like i drove over a brick and then the next revolution and it does it again..
Can it be the Axle (CV) or the Tie rod end...there is a little play when you hold the wheel and try to move it from side to side.
