Right! I was'nt sure if we could call it just a boot or something along with the boot..:-)
Late model Mustangs and Ls1 Vettes/Camaro's have similar problems.. although setup on Audi is similar to a Mustang, LS-1 engines have problem with cylinder 8 where you would find arcing because of bad plug wire/boot if its not replaced...
