Default You did the right thing: bought an A8 AND posted a picture of it on this forum. Welcome!

Nice color and wheels. What does the bumper sticker say?

Default Re: bumper sticker - "Audi advocate in trunk"

Alear has my car's bigger brother.
Visit www.audipages.com, have the tranny fluid changed, get a VAG-COM, and have fun!

The transmission was changed by the Audi dealer under warranty 7000 miles ago, should I still do the fluid change?

Also, are oil changes really every 8000 miles (or whatever the time period is) as the manual says and dash computer instructs? I've always done other cars oil changes at 3000 miles.

As for the bumper sticker, its coming off. I'm just not sure what to use to take off the sticky stuff without hurting the clearcoat.

Default Sticker Removal

If you need to remove the sticker, heat it up with a hair dryer. If the glue/residue is the issue, 3M makes an Adhesive & Tar Remover in a big red can that works like a champ.

Congrats on the new car. I'm with Paul, I love the pie plates!
