I tried to tighten it up but it's stripped. Did a quick check and don't see any access from up top.
Does anyone know if it threads into a nut or is it a threaded insert. PLEASE say nut that I can access !

1) Remove engine covers, TB cover on pass side and the air intake tube up top.
The mount is connected by a 16mm bolt on top and a 17mm nut on the bottom (I might have the sizes reversed)
In order to remove the bottom nut, you need to partially remove the drive belt.
There's a fixed 19mm nut which you turn counterclockwise to release the tension on the belt. While holding, insert a small allen wrench into the middle of the bolt I'm referring to. You need to use a wrench, not a socket so you have access to the center of the bolt. That'll lock it into place.
Do I search under my name within the past two months and you'll see a pic I posted on this exact part. It helps to see what it looks like on the bench (my pic) so you know what you're looking for.
You need to remove the belt off the alternator pulley so you have room for a socket with an elbow.
The top is easy, just remove the bolt.
In order to install the new mount, you need to create some more room so it'll fit. Take a LONG pry bar and use the fan pulley to move the engine up about 3/4" so you can work the new one in place. I did this by myself but someone helping would make this a lot easier. ( I took a pic of this if you need it)
Pay attention to the orientation of the mount, it's keyed on the bottom.
Reinstall nut and bolt keeping it still so it doesn't spin.
It took about an hour for the whole job.

Get a new timesert and the matching tap and bolt the next size up. For example if the heli-crap was 14mm then tap it out to 15mm You'll have to do some hands on investigating to figure out what will work. Check out boltdepot.com - they have a myriad of bolt size and lengths. Remove the helicoil with a proper sized drillbit. Do not use heli coils. You need a product called timesert. Helicoils suck.

http://www.timesert.com/
