Default After reading barryl`s sad commentary above,

its apparent that this forum is reaching new heights while AoA and its dea;er network is reaching new depths! Ask a dealer what they think about this forum. Youll probably get an earful. My dealer tried to blame me for having the suspension recall done on the bullet because I "read about it somewhere"!! it turns out that the car didnt need the campaigns "fix'. So thats our fault? Good grief! I let the dim-witted service mgr. know that if he keeps up with his attitude, he`ll be selling cheese in the Italian Market in South Philly! My concern is with what he tells other customers who might just take his word for everything he says. I guess its time to put this in writing to Audi. To whom???

Default Try Marc Trahan, the new Director of After Sales Department. According to

an article in the 1/04 issue of Audi Magazine Trahan says, "It's about taking care of the owner and car after the sale. We want our owners to talk to us. We want to know how we can help and that the issue has been resolved". Pretty strong stuff...right down this forum's ally...hope Trahan can deliver and will really listen and more importantly, take action. Trahan is in Auburn Hills.
