Default Just filed a complaint with BBB regarding www.performancemotorcars.com
It has been a 3 month saga of them failing to issued me a credit of $60 after a returned core.... one excuse after another... I went with them because of better price initially, but clearly not worth wasting my time. Their phone only leads to recorded messages which I have come to memorize by now too. How frustrating dealing with these business with no morals or business sense.

Reversing the charges on your credit card payment due to fraud might get their attention.

Unfortuantely I allowed them to drag on for 4 months, beyond my credit card reversal time limit.

Default Call your local DAs office and ask for Dept. of Consumer Fraud...a call
from them is like a high colonic for disreputable businesses. Much more effective than BBB.
