Took my teenage daughter to a camping ground with her friends up in the mountains about 3 hrs inland
then travelled the long way home as you do when you drive an A8.
Back down the west coast and then back via another mountain pass to home stopping only for makkers at tea time.
With a mixture of weather from hot sun to thunderstorms and torrential sub tropical rain it was a real varied trip that shows just how good these cars really are.

Dammit, I'd have stood by in the A8 with heavy armaments!
BTW, sleeping in the A8 is not as nice as sitting in it for long trips! Although, the car did not die while I had the fan on all night....(I'm not much of a camper anymore...the mosquitos were murder!)
