Default Just looking for confirmation that these wires are grounds (damaged)

Blue box seems to be positive to the Electric fan, wiring exposed and damaged in centre of blue area
Middle Red Box is what I assume is a rogue ground wire.. possibly the reason I have had to ground my headlamps with a kludge to get this side lamp working 100% brightness.
Bottom Red Box is what I assume to be ground to the electric fan.

The two floating wires are floating as the piece they attach to has snapped off (hard to see in the image). Its to smooth to drill out, might use the other 2 terminals for these too wires too. Once I confirm what they are.

I think you're safe assuming all grounds.
Wiring diagrams in Bentley aren't real specific about exact locations but show several grounds "front left"...headlights, fan, horns, coolant level switch, etc..
To double check, you could always put a voltmeter positive lead to B+ and double check the loose ground wire, with ground lead from meter.
