Default keeps going into limp mode

So I have no idea what is going on with my 97 A8 Quattro. When I first start the car it isn't in limp mode, but when I put it in drive it doesn't feel like it goes into gear and when I push on the accelerator, as soon as it hits 1200rpm there is a small thud and it goes into limp mode. No matter how quickly or slowly I do this, as soon as it hits 1200rpm it does it. Everytime I turn the car off and back on it will no longer be in limp mode. It doesn't do it in reverse though. I can get the rpm's over 1200 in reverse and it's fine. I just got done replacing the Transmission Range Switch (F125) but I didn't clear the codes yet because I just haven't been able to get it done yet.Would clearing the codes matter? I'm thinking the next thing I'll do is replace the ATF fluid and filter and see what happens. I have no idea what to do after that though. Any help is appreciated.

These are the codes that were pulled awhile back before replacing the TRS:

do you have AAA? if so, have them tow it to a tranny shop (one that you would use if you need it)

how sure are you of this? If this is the case I plan on parting the car out because the expense is not worth it for a car that is only worth $6000

Default Put it in 2 instead of D. If it does the same thing you need a rebuilt tranny:(

So how much could I get for my A8 with the tranny broken? It has 122k and everything is in fair shape. $2k maybe? I'm not going to pay to fix it because I was going to get rid of it right before this happened anyway. I need something with lower miles and cylinders. It was a nice car though...such a smooooth ride.

Default One more thing

If i get the car rolling and allow the rpms to rise above 1200rpm without stepping on the accelerator it doesn't go into limp mode. Then if I press on the accelerator after the rpms are over 1200rpm the tranny seems to just hunt and doesn't really engage, and then after about a minute of this it finally goes limp. Is this consistant with the broken clutch basket?
