...done it.
All that's left is for Torsen Boy hisself to buy an //S8 and come on over here - ha!
Nottatall a bad idea tho Bologna - novel - you appear to demonstrate coherent synapses still once and awhile I guess? Impressive.
50/50 - heh - politician, you are. You must have Torsen Rear on the brain cause you're so busy swapping out AAN's in the shagginwaggin - or not.
If Maddock ever gets his head out of the world of High Flyin Finance textbooks wayway out there in Sveden (fargin sneaky bastige), mebbe he'll chime in... Mr. TRW are you out there?

...calculate in the new present variables and adjust style / expectations accordingly. Spend some time in the slippystuff in your new one and see what she wants / does not want to do.
It's quite capable. It's not my UrS6 - but who cares - it's soooooooo much more car in soooooooo many other ways that fact is moot...

My experience is that the S8 is an extremely capable car.
As a point of reference, last year we had a major snow storm here the Pacific Northwest that turned what was a normal commute of 25 minutes into 8 plus hours for people trying to get home. I ended up taking back roads and climbing up the various steep roads in an attempt to avoid the mayhem on the flats. At one point, I was driving up a steep winding snow and ice covered road that was literally littered with cars and trucks all over the place - there were so many it was like driving around an obstacle course...carmageddon of sorts. Anyway, with my summer tires on I was still able to make it through all that crud and safely home. I literally passed dozen's upon dozen's of cars that were crashed into guard rails, ditches, each other, or abandoned in the middle of the road! The S8 did an amazing job.
I do have snows for my V8q and it is virtually unstoppable in the nasty stuff...the major difference I could point out between the two is that my V8q with the snow tires had much better stopping power in the slippery stuff than the S8 with the summer tires.![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Cheers,
Justin
