First time I've ever seen multiple people bailing out of cars onto pavement before a 15 mph impact.

Maybe bailing out lowers your insurance premiums.

Its an older A6...but regardless....those people are idiots. a 15mph impact in a car is nothing

compared to getting squished in between 2 ton cars.

I almost bailed out of a car once......

had the door open and the seatbelt off. In a '69 firebird, sliding down a fairly steep hill on black ice. No braking, no steering, no nothing but a continuous slide into a moving train. Managed to get to the ditch 20' from the train, where I closed my door ;-)
