Agreed, I can't imagine the part numbers being exact and the only difference being the tip. If this was the case, the only change the $2K converstion really would provide is changing the shifter gate. What does one really get for $2K?

Is the differnce only the ECU, (chip/programming), sensors (programming), and a gate?
thanks April sounds like an expensive upgrade for some electronics and a half and a coke can. If what types of sensors are they? my interest has been piqued?
