Re: lowering a 1999 A8
Have you researched the forum yet? I believe that some people (PaulW at least, who can correct me if I am wrong here) were not so pleased with the ride of the vehicle after lowering it.

link to post of when I did my 2000 A8L
It has been almost a year and I still like the way it rides and handles. Even with it lowered I still can go most any place, I just have to be careful.
It is not as good of a ride as factory S8 suspension, but compared to stock A8 suspension it is much improved.
If you thought you had clearance issues before, you can not run over anything now!
Be careful of anything in the road.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a8/msgs/162542.phtml">original post from lowering a 2000 A8L</a></li></ul>

Re: Hand R kit.
i'm in canada ,quebec
you will find it at V.A.G. MOTORSPORT
they have a web sight if you to give them a call.
when i bought it the price of the US dollar was very high compared to ours,so i paid quite a bit more then it's now.
i think 1300$ is pretty much how much you would pay.i think it's the best setup because you can adjust the front so you get an even gap from the rear and front (much nicer look).
the ride is stiffer but if you like better handling then go with it. stays comfortable still, not harsh.
keep us posted!!!

I have the Eibach Pro Kit with Bilstein springs. A decent set up with ride and handling
mix. The only thing I don't like about the Eibach kit is the front rears seem to be slightly lower than the front. Most people with Eibach and A8 seem to get the same results.
