What city or you located in? Have you ever done any work yourself? It could be that it sounds like if you were interested, saul222 and myself would be willing to help out. As mentioned, I have the tools, I have done my own car and it is solid. Your decision, let us know what you think... We could do it on some weekend when we are all available. Just throwing that out there for you to ponder.
